That dog is Boo (he's famous) he's a Pomeranian but with his fur cut short!
Oooooh i was looking at the completely wrong breed of dog this whole time then haha thank god for that, pomeranians are alot less expensive that the japanese purebred dog i though it was! Thanks so much mrs! xox
