It always happens to me at work n i got so frustrated last night that i cried in front of my manager and about 4 bouncers. :[ now i dont wanna go in tonight coz im embarrassed :[ ha

How about realising that hes not your boss, hes your child. YOU rule the roost not him, just because he throws a wobbly (literally wobbly haha), it doesnt mean you have to give him a bloody burger in between meals. And when the regular meals are 2 pizzas, chips, crisps...
